  • Page 4 Testblitz auslösen. Drücken Sie dazu einfach auf den Handauslöser. Blitzabschalt-Automatik Um die Batterien zu schonen, ist der DÖRR DAF-34 mit einer Blitzabschalt-Automatik ausgestattet. Sie wird nach ca. 3 Minuten aktiviert, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird. Soll das Blitzgerät wieder benutzt werden, so schieben Sie den Hauptschalter auf Off/Aus und dann wieder auf On/Ein.

Um den Ausleuchtwinkel des Blitzgerätes dem Bildwinkel des Objektives anzupassen, besitzt der DÖRR DAF-34 einen Zoom- Reflektor, der sich durch Ziehen am Reflektorkopf variieren lässt. Zur Information über die eingestellte Reflektor-Brennweite befindet sich auf der Oberseite des Reflektorkopfes eine Anzeige.
  • Page 7 Pupillen weiten. Eine sichere Vermeidung stellt das indirekte Blitzen dar. Aber auch bei direktem Blitzen kommt die Bauweise des DÖRR DAF-34 der Verringerung des Rotaugen- Effektes entgegen, da sich der Blitzreflektor möglichst weit weg von der optischen Achse der Kamera befindet. Denn je größer der Blitzeinfallwinkel ist, desto weniger tritt der Rotaugen-Effekt auf.

It is specifically developed to function with Digital SLR cameras of the brands Canon, Nikon, Minolta, Sony Alpha, Pentax, Samsung, Olympus or Panasonic depending upon the designated mount. Usage with analog autofocus SLR cameras of the respective brands is possible.
  • Page 13 Auto Power OFF In order to save energy the DÖRR DAF-34 is equipped with an auto power off function. It is activated after 3 minutes of non use. If you wish to use the flash again, move the ON/OFF switch first to OFF position and then to ON.
  • Page 14 For example: a 28 mm wide angle lens will provide a larger angle of view than a 85 mm telephoto lens. The DÖRR DAF-34 offers a zoom flash head which allows for adapting the angle of illumination of the flash unit to the angle of view of your lens by extending the flash head to correspond to the proper local length of your lens (28, 35, 50 or 85 mm).
  • Page 15 The best way to eliminate red eyes is indirect flash. But even with usage of direct flash the design of the DÖRR DAF-34 helps in reducing the red-eye effect as the flash head is located as far as possible from the optical axis of the camera.

  • Page 42 Sincronizzazione lenta Quando la luce è scarsa ed il vs. soggetto è poco illuminato può essere difficile bilanciare la luminosità dello sfondo e del soggetto. Per queste situazione vi consigliamo di utilizzare un tempo di otturazione più lunga. In questa maniera il soggetto viene illuminato dal flash mentre lo sfondo viene compensato dalla otturazione prolungata.
