Files for the orthograde therapy

K-type files (on file holder)
Stainless steel endo files activated by high
frequencies for shaping, cleaning and disinfecting
the root canal system. Available in sizes ISO 15
to ISO 35, they can be used with a 90° or a 120°
file holder.
ESI file (on file holder)
NiTi file in size ISO 15 for cleaning and irrigation of
the root canal system. A 120° or a 90° file holder
can be used.
Never activate the files without irrigation
and never operate them outside the root canal
otherwise they will break (except for 2 sec. during
the setting of the irrigation).
To prevent file from breaking, create a glide
path with a hand endo file and plan for an access
as straight as possible to limit file twisting. Use
a light touch-retract motion without rush. Often
examine the file for detection of signs of fatigue. In
application of the precautionary principle, replace
the file as soon as possible.

Limes pour le traitement orthograde

Limes type K (sur porte-lime)
Limes Endo en acier inoxydable activées par
hautes fréquences pour la mise en forme, le
nettoyage et la désinfection du système canalaire.
Disponibles en taille de ISO 15 à ISO 35, elles sont
utilisables avec un porte-lime à 90° ou à 120°.
Lime ESI (sur porte-lime)
Lime NiTi de taille ISO 15 pour le nettoyage et
l'irrigation du système canalaire. Un porte-lime
120° ou 90° est possible.
Ne jamais activer les limes sans irrigation, et
ne jamais les faire vibrer hors du canal radiculaire
sinon elles cassent (excepté 2 sec. pendant le
réglage de l'irrigation).
Pour prévenir les ruptures de lime, préparer
un passage avec une lime endodontique manuelle
en planifiant un accès aussi rectiligne que possible
pour limiter la torsion sur les limes. Effectuer un
toucher-rétraction léger et sans précipitation.
Examiner souvent la lime pour détecter des
signes de fatigue. En application du principe de
précaution, remplacer les limes au plus tôt.

behandlung
K-Feilen (mit Feilenhalter)
Edelstahlfeilen für die Wurzelkanalbehandlung
mit hochfrequenter Schwingung für das Formen,
Reinigen und Desinfizieren des Wurzelka-
nalsystems. In den Größen ISO 15 bis 35 verfügbar.
Verwendbar mit Feilenhaltern 90° oder 120°.
ESI-Feile (mit Feilenhalter)
NiTi-Feile der Größe ISO 15 zur Reinigung und
Spülung des Wurzelkanalsystems. Die Verwendung
erfolgt mit den Feilenhaltern 120° oder 90°.
Die Feile nicht ohne Spülflüssigkeit oder
außerhalb des Wurzelkanals aktivieren, da
sonst die Gefahr besteht, dass sie abbricht (mit
Ausnahme der für die Einstellung der Durch-
flussrate benötigten 2 Sekunden).
Um ein Brechen der Feile zu vermeiden,
fertigen Sie zunächst mit einer Handfeile einen
Führungskanal an, um ein möglichst senkrechtes
Einführen der Feile ohne Verbiegen der Feile zu
ermöglichen. Ziehen Sie das Instrument langsam
und vorsichtig mit ganz leichten Druck heraus.
Untersuchen Sie die Feile häufig auf Anzeichen
von Materialermüdung und ersetzen Sie sie gemäß
des Vorsorgeprinzips so früh wie möglich.
