The appliance is intended only for domestic use,
not for professional use.

operAtion - before first use
Turn the temperature knob (1) to "MIN" and heat the oven ca 10 - 15 minutes. After that switch the oven off
(turn the temperature knob (2) to "OFF"), open the pizza oven and leave it to cool for ca 10 minutes. After
this you can start preparing a tasty crispy pizza. If you don't preheat the pizza stone without pizza before first
use, there is a change that the stone will crack.
operAtion - use of pizza oven
1. Open the lid of the oven (4) using the handle (6).
2. Switch the temperature knob (2) to 'MAX'. After approx. 10 minutes the appliance is ready to use.
The pilot light stays on until the automatic thermostat switches off.
3. Open the oven. Use 2 spatulas to pick up the pizza and put it on the oven stone. After that, pull out the
spatulas and close the oven.
4. Leave the temperature knob set to 'MAX'.
• Bake fresh made pizzas approx. 5 to 7 minutes.
• Bake frozen pizzas approx. 8-10 minutes.
(Check the baking process every now and then by opening the lid). Depending on the used topping, the
given baking time can differ.
5. When ready, take out the pizza and put it on a plate.
