The milk frother is only intended
for domestic use, not for professional use.

The milk frother has 2 blenders (1 and 9). One to froth the milk (1) and one to stir and mix the milk (9).
A blender can be stored at the bottom of the device (12).
operAtion - Before use for the first time
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residues (see "Cleaning and
maintenance").
operAtion - Meaning of the three switches
Only stirring and mixing without heating. Press once to turn on the device and press again to turn it
off.
For heating and frothing of up to 100ml of milk. The device will turn itself off once the milk has
reached a temperature of approximately 65°C. Press once to turn on the device and press again to
turn it off.
For heating and frothing of up to 250ml of milk. The device will turn itself off once the milk has

you may use any type of milk in the milk frother. for the best results, delicious and airy
frothed milk, we advise the use of whole milk or pasteurised whole milk.
operAtion - frothed milk
1. Press the frothing blender (1) onto the bottom of the glass jug (2) until it clicks.
2. Pour milk, preferably whole milk, into the glass jug.
Pouring more than 250ml into the glass jug may cause spilling.
