operAtion - preparation
1. Put the plug in the wall socket. The "power" indicator lamp (red) will illuminate to show that the appliance
is on.
2. Take four slices of bread that fit in the sandwich maker. Cut the edges off slices that are too large, so that
they fit in the appliance.
3. Allow the sandwich maker to heat up in the closed position.
4. Lay two slices of ham and/or cheese on two slices of bread, and cover with the other two slices of bread.
Make sure that the ham and/or cheese does not project from the sandwich.
Do not use butter; you do not need butter to prepare a delicious toasted sandwich. The non-stick coating will
ensure that the sandwich does not stick to the baking plates.
Try varying the ingredients. You can use herbs, fruit, and various types of cheese and meat to make
delicious sandwiches.
You can also make just one sandwich. You just leave the other baking plate empty.
