ogni fine giornata lavorativa, utilizzando un panno
leggermente imbevuto d'acqua.

COntROllI

COntROllO IMPIantO IDRaUlICO
• Controllare eventuali perdite, tubi flessibili usurati
o tubazioni danneggiate.
• Controllare, durante il periodo di rodaggio, le guar-
nizioni dei tubi oleodinamici, in quanto potrebbe-
ro presentarsi delle piccole perdite dovute all'as-
sestamento delle guarnizioni coniche; in tal caso
stringere i raccordi in modo adeguato (operazione
da effettuarsi da un manutentore meccanico).
In caso di sostituzione delle tubazioni
effettuare un'accurata pulizia delle stes-
se prima del montaggio. Impurità interne o
polveri danneggerebbero l'impianto idraulico
in modo irreparabile.
COntROllO lEvERIsMI
• Controllare il funzionamento dei leverismi per il di-
sinnesto del riduttore.
COntROllO PnEUMatICI
• Verificare la pressione di gonfiaggio (vedi capitolo
"DATI TECNICI").
• Controllare se presentano tagli, usura, oggetti
estranei nel battistrada.
• Verificare infine se vi sono bulloni allentati o man-
canti.

Always clean the headlights and working lights at
the end of each working day, using a cloth slightly
moistened with water.

ChECKs

hYDRaUlIC sYstEM COntROl
• Control possible oil leaks, flexible worn pipes or
damaged pipes.
• Control, during the run-in period, the seals of the
oilpressure pipes, because there can be some le-
aks due to the conic seals adjustment; in this case
fasten the joints in the right way (operation to be
carried out by a mechanical maintenance techni-
cian).
If the piping must be replaced you have
to clean it carefully before mounting
them. Inside impurity or dust can damage the
hydraulic system in a irretrievable way.
lEvER InsPECtIOn
• Check the operation of the levers for disengaging
the gearbox.
tYREs ChECK
• Check the inflation pressure (see chapter "TECH-
NICAL DATA").
• Check for any cuts, wear, foreign bodies in the tre-
ad.
• Lastly, check for any loose or missing bolts.
