• A motore della trattrice spento il carda-
no deve essere fissato correttamente
alla presa di forza della trattrice e alla
macchina, rispettando il verso di mon-
taggio, il senso di rotazione e fissando le
catenelle che devono essere aggancia-
te ai punti previsti sulla trattrice e sulla
macchina per evitare la rotazione delle
protezioni.
• Verificare che le cuffie di protezione fissate sulla
presa di forza della trattrice e sul carter del ridut-
tore (o sulla pompa idraulica) della macchina sor-
montino di almeno 5 cm le cuffie delle due estre-
mità dell'albero.
• Tutti i modelli di semoventi IRRIMEC sono dotati di
presa di forza (PTO), per consentire il recupero del
tubo, inoltre tale manovra è possibile effettuarla
manualmente tramite l'apposito volantino (B).
ATTENZIONE! Questa manovra deve
essere compiuta solo in caso di estre-
ma necessità; vale a dire che per il
normale funzionamento della macchi-
na è sconsigliato eseguire un riavvolgimento
completo agendo sulla presa di forza.
• Nel caso di mal funzionamento della turbina o del
motore, nel caso di rottura del computer di regola-
zione (dove installato) o nel caso di problemi deri-
vanti dall'allentamento del tubo o da una sfasatura
del trancanage, è possibile operare manualmente
al fine di mettere la macchina in condizioni di poter
essere spostata.
Per effettuare la manovra di recupero con la presa
di forza, occorre seguire le seguenti istruzioni:
1) Fermare l'avvolgimento ed abbassare la chiavet-
ta anti-ritorno (a).

• With the tractor engine off, the universal
joint must be correctly attached to the
PTO on the tractor and the machine,
following the mounting direction and ro-
tation direction and attaching the chain
that must be attached to the points on
the tractor and on the machine to avoid
rotation of the guards.
• Make sure the protective shrouds on the PTO on
the tractor and on the gearbox casing (or on the
hydraulic pump) on the machine are at least 5 cm
above the shrouds on the two ends of the shaft.
• All IRRIMEC irrigation models are equipped with
a PTO to allow hose recovery and the manoeuvre
can also be performed manually using the han-
dwheel (B).
WARNING! This manoeuvre must only
be performed when absolutely neces-
sary. This means that during normal
machine operation, it is not recom-
mended to perform a complete rewinding
using the PTO.
• In the event of a malfunction of the turbine or en-
gine, complete breakdown of the computer control
(where installed) or problems due to loosening of
the hose or displacement of the spooling guide, it
is possible to operate manually in order to put the
machine in a condition in which it can be moved.
To perform the recovery manoeuvre with the PTO,
perform the following:
1) Stop the winding and lower the anti-return bolt
(a).
