(anticipa) (fig. 7) conviene prendere una corona
con un dente in più. Il tubo è più rotondo, meno
largo e, per un giro di bobina, la guida si deve
spostare meno.
Se la forcella guidatubo va più lentamente del
tubo (ritarda) (fig. 8), conviene prendere una co-
rona con un dente in meno. Il tubo è più schiac-
ciato, più largo e, per un giro di bobina, la guida si
deve spostare di più.

6) If the fork-guide goes faster than the hose (in
advance), (fig. 7) it is a good idea to use a ring
gear with an extra tooth. The hose is rounder,
less wide and, for a turn of the hose drum , the
guide must move less.
If the fork-guide goes slower than the hose (de-
lay) (fig. 8) it is a good idea to use a ring gear
with one tooth less. The hose is flatter, wider and,
for a turn of the hose drum , the guide must move
more.
