Overfladebehandling

stages

the lower logs up one by one and

Protection treatment

been treated, with the exception
foundation beams and terrace
boards, that has been treated
against blue stain and moulding.
Protection treatment of the building
must be performed immediately
after erecting the cabin as soon as
the weather is suitable for it. The
first treatment should be done with
a with a colorless wood preservative
that prevents the formation of mold
and blue stain. As paint can be used
transparent glaze or paint. Make
sure the glaze/paint you are about
to use is suitable for log surfaces,
and does not form a so-called
plastic, non-breathing surface. Ask
for more information from your
local paintshop. The wood must
be dry when it is treated, and the
working conditions as well.
Also the interior of the building
must be treated with wood
preservative preventing the
formation of mold and blue
stain, the inner corners especially
carefully. Doors and windows must
be treated from both sides.
Despite treatment, moisture can
get in through corners, knots, splits
and joints of the parts. This can be
prohibited with silicon, if needed.

Protection contre la tempête
Dans les endroits enclins aux vents
violents, il faut fixer le toit au bâti-
ment et la maison aux fondations
avec un beaucoup de soin. Vous
pouvez avoir besoin de matériel de
fixation supplémentaire, ce matériel
n'est pas inclus dans la livraison.
En cas de problème
Si les murs latéraux ont des hau-
teurs différentes quand ils sont
complètement montés, vérifiez
que tous les madriers sont posés
avec leur languette sur les rainures.
Vous pouvez également régler le
problème en soulevant le madrier
le plus élevé (du niveau plus bas
du mur) et en le fixant au madrier
du mur latéral. Donnez ensuite de
petits coups du bas vers le haut sur
les madriers inférieurs et régularisez
les espaces de cette façon.
Traitement de protection
Le bois utilisé pour les produits
LILLEVILLA n'a pas été traité, à
l'exception des solives et les lames
de plancher de la terrasse, qui
ont été badigeonnées avec un
produit protectif. C'est pourquoi
il est recommandé de traiter
votre abri de jardin tout de suite
après le montage avec une lasure
protectrice anti-bleuissement et
anti-cryptogames. Pour la peinture
on peut utiliser une lasure pour le
bois transparente brillant ou de la
peinture couvrante pour le bois. Si
vous utilisez de la peinture, assurez-
vous qu'elle est adaptée pour le
madrier, et qu'il ne forme pas d'une
soi-disant surface en plastique.

Deux couches de traitement de
protection ou de peinture doivent
être appliquées juste après avoir
monté l'abri. Suivez les instructions
du fabricant du traitement. Un
meilleur résultat sera obtenu dans
des conditions sèches. Les portes
et les fenêtres doivent être traitées
des deux côtés. Le bâtiment doit
être aussi traité à l'intérieur avec
une protection anti-bleuissement
et anticryptogames et ceci
particulièrement dans les angles des
murs.
Malgré le traitement, l'humidité peut
entrer dans les angles, les noeuds,
les fentes et les emboîtements des
pièces. Si cela s'avère nécessaire,
vous pouvez appliquer de la
silicone.
