Clean air filter

Cleaning the glass ceramic cooking surface

. Turn off appliance and let it cool down.
. Use a cleaning scraper to remove coarse dirt and food remains from the glass ceramic cooking
surface.
● Attention: do not scratch the surface!
. For glass ceramic cooking surfaces, apply a few drops of cleaning product to the cold glass ce­
ramic cooking surface and distribute evenly.
. Then wash off the glass ceramic cooking surface using water and rub dry with a kitchen cloth.
. Apply a protective product containing silicone, e.g. cerafix to the glass ceramic cooking surface.
● Applying the protective product prevents the glass ceramic cooking surface from pitting. This
means food cannot burn in so quickly which would destroy the glass ceramic cooking surface.
Nevertheless, remove food immediately from the ceramic cooking surface.

Clean stainless steel surfaces

. Rinse off cleaned parts thoroughly with water after using harsh cleaning products.
. Clean stainless steel surfaces with grease-dissolving cleaner or a special stainless steel cleaner.
. Dry cleaned parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.

Air filter
● CAUTION! The appliance must not be oper­
ated without an air filter! Otherwise risk of mal­
functions or damage to the induction genera­
tor.
● The air filter must be cleaned depending on
the contamination, however, a minimum of
once per week!
● The manufacturer accepts no liability for dam­
age caused by deficient cleaning of the air fil­
ter.
Clean air filter
. Switch off the appliance and secure it against
being switched back on.
. Clean the air filter in the dishwasher.
. Dry the air filter and install it.
