is a very sensible subject for this high performance helicopter. Assembled and flown by skilled hands it offers fun and
satisfaction. Nevertheless, it is not a toy and should be operated with care and responsibility. We have to reject any
claims arising from inexperienced use or misuse.
Helicopters are subject to various physical laws which can result in a successful flight or a disappointing crash. Our
job has been to develop a safe flying model. The model has been professionally developed and tested substantially.
The assembly is now your part. Please carefully read, understand and follow the building steps. Indicated angles and
other measurements have to be followed precisely. Therefore: Build and maintain your helicopter very carefully.
If you have any doubts, take a break, think carefully or ask an experienced model helicopter pilot. It's
worth the effort.
Most of the parts are packed in building steps. First read the entire instructions manual and familiarize yourself with
the system. Open only one bag at a time as needed for the building step and put the parts in a small bin or bowl.
Assemble the helicopter step by step, bag by bag.
Important Note for those who have purchased the ARF (pre-built) version:
Even as this helicopter mechanics have been pre-assembled, it is your responsibility to check that every-
thing is correctly assembled and no screws and bolts got loose during handling all the way to you. Your
further building steps start at page 12 of this manual.
We guarantee that this product is free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship according to the cur-
rent "IKARUS Business Terms". No claims will be accepted for failure due to a crash, incompetent handling, alter-
