In order to facilitate the installation and operation
of the compressor, the table below shows the most
common problems that can occur during operation
and their probable causes.
Contact your local retailer or the manufacturing com-
pany if you have any questions.
PoSSIBIlI CauSE
1) Valvola di ritegno bloccata o non alla portata del compressore.
2) Tubo di collegamento danneggiato.
3) Errata posizione della saracinesca.
4) Palette bloccate sul rotore.
5) Mancanza di lubrificazione.
6) Errato senso di rotazione.
7) Velocità di rotazione troppo bassa.
8) Attriti interni anomali (le parti rotanti sfregano contro quella ferma).
9) Le guarnizioni applicate non sono adatte alle condizioni di esercizio.
10) Cuscinetti affaticati.
11) Mancanza di lubrificazione nel moltiplicatore.
12) Palette non corrispondenti a quelle di esercizio.
13) Rotore deformato.

PoSSIBlE CauSES
1) Check valve blocked or not at compressor flow.
2) Damaged connecting hose.
3) Incorrect gate valve position.
4) Blades blocked on the rotor.
5) Lack of lubrication
6) Incorrect rotation direction
7) Rotation speed too low
8) Improper internal friction (the rotating parts rub against the statio-
nary ones).
9) The gaskets applied are not suitable for the operating conditions.
10) Bearings worn.
11) Lack of lubrication in the multiplier.
12) Blades not corresponding with the operating ones.
13) Rotor deformed.
