9) Se le spire allentate del tubo si notano solo
dopo averlo svolto, esse devono essere rimes-
se in tensione agendo manualmente sulla pre-
sa di forza, tramite l'apposito volantino. Con
l'aiuto di una mazzuola di legno fare avvicinare
le spire l'una all'altra. Se questo non è possibi-
le, svolgere allora completamente il tubo prima
di tentare un riavvolgimento. Non cercare mai
di muovere o di riposizionare la macchina se il
tubo non è stato completamente riavvolto. Non
passare sopra il tubo con veicoli di alcun gene-
re, non schiacciarlo e non avvolgerlo intorno ad
oggetti. Il raggio di curvatura possibile del tubo
è pari a 15 volte il suo diametro.
10) Quando le spire del tubo stanno diminuendo e
si comincia ad intravvedere la vernice bianca
sulla bobina (fig. 3), arrestare lo svolgimen-
to quando rimane ancora un giro di tubo sulla
bobina per evitare di strapparlo; inoltre tale si-
tuazione viene segnalata dal lampeggiante (se
presente). Se è presente il computer DoSIDIS
con il GSM, questo invia una chiamata di avver-
timento segnalando che si sta raggiungendo il
95% di svolgimento totale del tubo.
In base alla resistenza della rotazione
della bobina, è possibile regolare il fre-
no posto sul riduttore tramite il dado di regi-
stro (G). Il freno deve essere tarato in modo
che fermandosi con il trattore, la bobina si fer-
mi immediatamente senza continuare a ruotare
per inerzia causando lo svolgimento del tubo.
11) Una volta arrivati alla posizione desiderata,
scollegare il carrello porta irrigatore e tornare
alla macchina.

9) If loosened hose coils are noted only after un-
winding, they must be retightened by manually
using the handwheel on the PTO. Use a wood-
en mallet to bring the coils closer together. If
this is not possible, then completely unwind the
hose before attempting to rewind it. Never try to
move or reposition the machine if the hose has
not been completely rewound. Do not run over
the hose with any type of vehicle, do not crush
it and do not wrap it around objects. The radius
of curvature possible with the hose is equal to
15 times its diameter.
10) When the hose coils are decreasing and you
begin to get a glimpse of the white paint on the
hose drum (fig. 3), stop the unwinding while
there is still a turn of hose on the hose drum to
avoid tearing it. This situation is also signalled
by the flashing light (if present). If the DoSIDIS
computer with GSM is present, this sends a
warning to notify that you are approaching 95%
unwinding of the hose.
Based on the resistance of the rotation
of the hose drum , it is possible to regu-
late the brake located on the gearbox using the
nut (G). The brake must be calibrated to stop
with the tractor, the hose drum stops immedi-
ately without continuing to turn due to inertia,
causing the unwinding of the hose.
11) Once arrived in the desired position, disconnect
the trolley and return to the machine.
