• Componenti meccanismo errati o
malfunzionanti (coppia conica rot-
ta/malfunzionante, corona catena
laterale con modulo errato, catene
troppo molli/tese).
• Corpi estranei bloccano la girante
dall'interno (sassi, legnetti).
• Cuscinetti consumati.
• Eccessiva pressione della girante
sulla base della turbina.
• Il bullone avvitato sul palpatore
non arriva all'asta disinnesto.
• Il bullone non appoggia sull'asta.
• Asta disinnesto bloccata.
• Palpatore bloccato.
• La tenuta è consumata.
• La colla della ghiera si è sfaldata.
• Il supporto in ghisa è consumato.
CauSE
• Incorrect or faulty mechanism
components (pinion set broken/
malfunctioning, side chain ring
gear with incorrect module, chain
too loose/tight).

• Sostituire i componenti danneggiati o
malfunzionanti.
• Aprire il coperchio turbina e rimuovere
gli eventuali oggetti.
• Sostituire i cuscinetti.
• Aggiungere uno spessore sul perno
della girante.
• Regolare il bullone.
• Raddrizzare i componenti che per vari
motivi possono essersi storti.
• Eliminare gli eventuali attriti.
• Sostituire la tenuta.
• Sostituire gli OR danneggiati.
• Togliere la colla consumata e applicar-
ne di nuova.
• Replace the damaged or faulty compo-
nents.
• Open the turbine cover and remove
any objects.
• Replace the bearings
• Add a spacer on the impeller pin.
• Adjust the bolt.
• Straighten the components that may
be crooked for various reasons.
• Eliminate any friction.
• Replace the seal.
• Replace the damaged OR.
• Remove the worn glue and re-apply.
