3 Operation

The unit is automatically controlled by the ventilation unit
connected below it.
You can infl uence the behavior of the unit with the
following operating panel of the ventilation unit:
AUTO
sensor
Tu 14:02
MENU SHIFT
Display
When the unit is active it makes a noise similar to a
fridge and the symbol is displayed on the operating
panel.

Starting the device
You cannot start the device manually. However you
can infl uence the temperature on which the ventilation
unit will decide the device needs to be started. You can
do this by setting the TEMPERATURE PROFILE of the
ventilation unit to a colder setting.
1. Navigate to TASK MENU as instructed in the manual
of the operating panel.
2. Navigate to TEMPERATURE PROFILE.
3. Navigate to NORMAL or COOL.
Stop the device
You can stop the device for a specifi c duration in the
TASK MENU on the operating panel of the ventilation
unit.
1. Navigate to TASK MENU as instructed in the manual
of the operating panel.
2. Navigate to COMFOCOOL.
3. Navigate to OFF.
4. Select the desired duration with the up and down
button.
5. Select CONFIRM.
If you would like to stop the device on specifi c times
every week you can program a schedule for stopping
the device in the TASK MENU on the operating panel.
Read the manual of the operating panel For more details
on programming a schedule.
Checking the status of the device
You can check the current status of the device on the
operating panel of the ventilation unit in menu STATUS.
Here you can also check the state of the scheduler and
bypass.
When the bypass is activated the ventilation unit will
not turn on the device.
