Step 5:
Checks
1. Check the correct installation and function of all screwed and
plug connections. Installation is thereby complete.
2. When everything is in order, familiarise yourself with the machine
at a low resistance setting and make your individual adjustments.
Note:
Please keep the tool set and the instructions in a safe place as these
may be required for repairs or spare parts orders becoming ne-
cessary later.
Additional training by using of hand grips and leg loop:
The X3 bike has 2 elastic straps, which are fitted on top with hand
grips and below with carbine hooks to connect the leg loop.
1. The handles allow additional upper body workout while sitting
and exercising on the X3 bike. Either as parallel bicep training
or similar as a free weight training with individual movement.
2. Using the leg loop you can perform training exercises such as
leg curl, leg stretcher and leg abduction. For this purpose, it is
need that the position of the X3 Bikes by holding on the seat to
prevent slipping.
Attention!
Before you use the elastic ropes you have to check the ropes' ends
in regard to a safety connection and no damages. Also the bike has
to secure with body weight or through hold tight, so that it cannot
tip over during exercising with ropes. There should be enough space
for your individual training session, if you use the elastic ropes.
Fold up function:
1. Fold up X3 bike by pushing the seat and mainframe together for
storage. Secure the position with ankle strap at saddle.
For use, fold down completely and ensure a safe stand.
