Step 3:
Installation of right and left pedal (7R+7L) at pedal crank (6L+6R).
1. The pedals are marked "R" for right and "L" for left.
2. Screw the right pedal (7R) into the threaded hole on the right
hand side of the pedal crank (6R) and tighten firmly.
(Note: Right and left are specifies as viewed seated on the machi-
ne during training. It must also be observed that the threaded part
of the right pedal must be screwed clockwise into the threaded
hole of the pedal crank.)
3. Screw the left pedal (7L) into the threaded hole on the left hand
side of the pedal crank (6L) and tighten firmly.
(Note: The threaded part of the left pedal have to screw anticlo-
ckwise into the threaded hole of the pedal crank.)
4. Then mount the pedal straps left and right on the associated
pedals (7L+7R). (The pedals are signed with „L" for Left and
„R" for Right.)
Step 4:
Installation of saddle (4), back pad (40) and saddle support (16).
1. Place the saddle (4) onto the retaining plate of the saddle support
(16) so that the threaded pieces on the bottom of the saddle (4)
project through the corresponding holes in the retaining plate of
the saddle support (16).
2. Place washers 8//16 (9) on the threaded pieces, screw on nylon
nuts (10) and tighten firmly.
3. Insert the saddle support (16) into the provided holder of the
main frame (43) and secure at the desired position by screwing
in the saddle support screw (15).
(Note: To screw in the saddle support screw (15), the threaded
hole in the front frame (43) and one of the holes in the saddle
support (16) must be aligned. Furthermore, ensure that the
saddle support (16) is not pulled out of the main frame beyond
the marked maximum adjustment position. The setting of the
saddle support can be adjust as desired later.)
4. Place the washers 8//16 (38) onto each screw M8x50 (37) and
push the screws from rear side through the holes of upright pad
holder (39). Lead the back pad (40) with threated holes against the
screw ends (37) and tighten the pack pad (40) ant pad holder (39).
