TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The operator does not make
any movement when the key
devices are activated
The gate does not open
(the display shows C4 or Ftço)
The gate does not close
(the display shows C5 or Ftço)
The gate cannot completely
close (or open)

SCRAP

The operator, up until the end of its useful life,
must be dismounted at its location by an
installer who is as well qualified as the person
who completed the assembly, observing the
same precautions and safety measures. This
will avoid possible accidents and damage to
adjacent facilities.

The resistance of the gate has increased
when closing (or when opening)
The force of the operator during closing
(or opening) is too low
The contact between the pinion and the
rack is not correct
Gate travel programming has not been
carried out correctly

Solution
Restore the power supply
Check that the installation does
not present any short-circuits or
cut-off points
Place the handle in lock position for
motorised operation
Correctly programme the radio
code
Replace the batteries
Check the cabling and the device
(photocell or safety strip)
Check the cabling and the device

Check the moving parts of the gate
and remove the resistance
Using programming, increase the
opening or closing force
Check the contact between the
pinion and the rack and adjust the
operator if necessary
Correctly programme the open/
close
The operator must be deposited in the appropriate
containers for subsequent recycling, separating and
classifying of the different materials in line with their
nature. NEVER deposit it in domestic rubbish or in
landfills which are not suitably controlled, as this will
cause environmental contamination.
