7) Prima di procedere al fi ssaggio defi nitivo dei
deviatori é consigliabile effettuare le seguenti
verifi che:
a) Collaudo di tenuta catenacci deviatori.
Far fuoriuscire i catenacci ed agire con
forza nel senso inverso a quello di uscita
(fi g. 11).
Se il catenaccio rimane bloccato la
posizione del deviatore é giusta: nel caso
il deviatore rientri occorre spostare in fuori
il deviatore della quantità necessaria per
eliminare l'anomalia.
b) Collaudo di funzionamento.
Qualora i deviatori all'atto della installazione
mettano troppo in tensione le aste, e di
conseguenza anche i rinvii della serratura,
si può verifi care l'eventualità che lo scrocco,
una volta richiamato, rimanga dentro al
frontale. In questo caso individuare quale
dei deviatori provoca l'anomalia,
spostare verso la serratura il deviatore della
quantità necessaria.
8) Fissare defi nitivamente i deviatori.

7) Antes de sujetar los desviadores de una manera
defi nitiva se aconseja llevar al cabo los siguintes
controles:
a) Prueba de resistancia de los cerrojos
desviadores.
Render los cerrojos sobresalientes y actuar
con fuerza en sentido contrario al de salida
(fi g. 11).
Si el cerrojo permanece bloqueado, la
posición del desviador es correcta; si
el cerrojo volviera a su posición inicial,
habría que sacar el desviador hacia fuera
en la medida necesaria para eliminar la
anomalía.
b) Prueba de funcionamiento.
Si en el momento en el que se instalan
los desviadores, éstos tuvieran que poner
demasiada tensión sobre las varillas,
y por consiguiente también
contramarchas de la cerradura; sería
posible que el pestilo una vez empotrado se
quedara dentro de la cabeza. Si así fuera,
individuar cuál de los desviadores provoca
la anomalia y luego mover el desviador
hacia la cerradura la medida necesaria.
8) Sujetar defi nitivamente los desviadores.

7) Before securing the swing bolts defi nitively in place,
we recommend you carry out the following checks:
a) Testing swing bolt latch resistance.
Set the latch bolts in their fully position and
apply force in the apposite direction to their
direction of projection (fi g. 11).
If the latch remains locked in position, the
swing bolt has been positioned correctly; if the
latch retracts, the swing bolt must be moved
outwards to the extent needed to rectify the
problem.
b) Operating test.
During installation, the swing bolts generate
too much tension on the rods, and as result
also on the lock's throw and return mechanism,
the latch may remain inside the faceplate once
it has been drawn back. If this occurs, identify
of the swing bolts is causing the problem and
then move the relevant bolt towards the lock to

7) Перед тем, как окончательно прикрепить
девиаторы, рекомендуется провести следующие
проверочные испытания:
A) Испытание на сопротивление ригелей
девиаторов.
Выпустить ригели и надавить с силой

направлению их выхода (рис. 11).
Если произойдет блокировка ригеля,
это означает, что девиатор находится
в
правильной позиции; если девиатор
отодвинется назад, необходимо передвинуть
девиатор кнаружи настолько, чтобы можно
было устранить аномалию.
B) Испытание работы.
Если девиаторы при установке будут
создавать чрезмерное натяжение на
стержнях и, следовательно, на тягах, можно
проверить, не остается ли защелка после

a) Essai de tenue des pênes basculants.
Faire sortir les pênes basculants et les pousser avec
force dans le sens inverse par rapport au sens de
sortie (fi g. 11).
Si le pêne dormant reste bloqué, la position du pêne
est correcte : si le pêne basculant rentre, le déplacer
vers l'extérieur jusqu'à la disparition de l'anomalie.
b) Essai de fonctionnement.
Si au moment de l'installation les pênes basculants
exercent une trop forte tension sur les tringles et
par conséquent sur les mécanismes de renvoi de
la serrure, il peut arriver que le pêne demi-tour, une
fois rappelé, reste à l'intérieur de la têtière.
Dans ce cas, identifi er le pêne basculant qui provo-
que l'anomalie, puis le déplacer vers la serrure sur
la distance nécessaire.
8) Fixer défi nitivement les pênes basculants.

Wyciągnąć rygle i oddziaływać siłą w kierunku

Jeżeli rygiel pozostanie zablokowany, pozycja
dewiatora jest poprawna: w przypadku gdy
dewiator wsunie się należy przesunąć do
przodu dewiator, tak aby usunąć anomalię.
W przypadku gdyby dewiatory w momencie
instalacji naprężały za bardzo pręty i z
wynikającym z tego naprężeniem przekładni
zamka, może zdarzyć się, że zapadka
przywołana pozostanie wewnątrz czoła.
W takim przypadku sprawdzić, który z
dewiatorów powoduje anomalię i następnie
przesunąć dewiator w stronę zamka.
