1) Eseguire sul profi lo la cava per l'alloggiamento
della serratura e le sedi per le pinze guida asta
(facoltative) con le dimensioni indicate in fi g. 5.
2) Stabilire la lunghezza delle aste conseguente-
mente alle dimensioni della porta con serratura
a catenaccio rientrato. Per applicare il puntale
antisega accorciare ulteriormente le aste di 80
mm. (lunghezza puntale).
3) Inserire alle estremità delle aste il puntale an-
tisega fi no all'appoggio sull'asta stessa, quindi
stringere l'asta con una pinza in corrispondenza
della gola sul puntale (mm. 10 dall'unione pun-
tale-asta).
4) Introdurre le pinze guida asta, infi lare le aste
inserirle nelle pinze.
5) Fare fuoriuscire il catenaccio e inserire la serra-
tura nella cava.
6) Mandare le aste in battuta sui rinvii e, attraverso
i fori sulla testata, fi ssarle avvitando fi no a fi ne
corsa le apposite viti tramite una chiave a brugola
di 2,5 mm. (fi g. 6).
7) Fissare la serratura con le viti in dotazione.

1) Ejecutar sobre el perfi l la cavidad para las
cerraduras y los alojamientos para las pinzas
guÍa-varilla (facultativas) de las dimensiones
indicadas en la fi g. 5.
2) Establecer el largo de las varillas según el
tamaño de la puerta con cerradura de cerrojo
empotrable. Para la aplicación del puntal anti-
sierra, cortar las varillas de 80 mm. más (largo
del puntal).
3) Aplicar a las extremidades de las varillas el pun-
tal anti-sierra hasta que éste se apoye sobre la
varilla, luego apretar la varilla con una pinza en
correspondencia de la ranura sobre el puntal (10
mm. desde la unión puntal-varilla).
4) Introducir las pinzas guía de varilla, insertar las
varillas y encajarlas en las pinzas.
5) Extraer el cerrojo y encajar la cerradura en la
cavidad.
6) Hacer que las varillas lleguen a apoyarse contra
las contramarchas y, a través de los agujeros
sobre la cabeza, fi jar las varillas atornillando
hasta el tope los tornillos apropiados mediante
una llave para cabezas huecas de 2,5 mm. (fi g.
6).
7) Sujetar la cerradura con los tornillos en el equi-
pamiento base.

1) Make the recess for the lock housing and the seats
for the rod guides (optional), following the dimen-
sions given on fi g. 5.
2) Defi ne the lenght of the rods according to the size
of the door with the lock bolt drawn back. To fi t the
saw-resistant steel tip the rods must be shortened
by 80 mm (lenght of tip).
3) Fit the saw-resistant tip to the end of the rod until it
is resting on it. Then nip the groove of the tip with
a pair of pliers (10 mm. from the tip-rod union) to
fi x it to the rod.
4) Place the rod guides in their housings, introduce
the rods and insert them in the guides.
5) Set the bolt in its fully position and fi t the lock in
the recess.
6) Push the rods against their throw and return mech-
anism, and then fasten them in place by tightening
the screws with a 2,5 mm. Allen wrench (fi g. 6).
7) Fasten the lock with the screws provided.

1) Вырезать на профиле паз под замок и гнезда
под направляющие зажимы для стержня
(опция)

2) Длина стержней должна определяться с
учетом размеров двери с ригелем-задвижкой,
полностью спрятанным в корпус замка. Для
установки противопильного наконечника
необходимо укоротить стержни на 80 мм
(длина наконечника).
3) Вставить противопильный наконечник в
концы стержней до упора, затем затянуть
плоскогубцами стержень на уровне шейки
наконечника (10 мм от места соединения
наконечника со стержнем).
4) Ввести направляющие зажимы, вставить
стержни, установив их на направляющие
зажимы.
5) Выпустить ригель-задвижку и вставить замок в
паз.
6) Установить стержни так, чтобы они упирались в
тяги, и прикрепить их специальными винтами
через отверстия на лицевой планке; закрутить
винты до отказа с помощью универсального
гаечного ключа на 2,5 мм (рис. 6).
7) Закрепить замок имеющимися в комплекте
винтами.

1) Réaliser sur le profi l l'encoche pour loger la
serrure ainsi que les pinces guide-tringle (fa-
cultatives) selon les dimensions de la Fig. 5.
2) Déterminer la longueur des tringles d'après les
dimensions de la porte avec une serrure à pêne
rentré. Pour appliquer l'embout de tringle anti-
sciage, raccourcir encore les tringles de 80 mm.
(longueur embout).
3) Introduire l'embout anti-sciage aux extrémités
des tringles contre la tringle même, puis serrer
la tringle avec une pince au niveau de la gorge
sur l'embout (à 10 mm de la jonction embout-
tringle).
4) Placer les pinces guide-tringle, introduire les
tringles et placer celles-ci dans les pinces.
5) Faire sortir le pêne dormant et installer la serrure
dans l'encoche.
6) Envoyer les tringles contre les mécanismes de
renvoi et, à travers les trous sur la têtière, les
fi xer en serrant les vis à fond avec une clé pour
vis à six pans creux de 2,5 mm (fi g. 6).
7) Fixer la serrure avec les vis fournies.

1) Wykonać na profi lu otwór na gniazdo zamka i
otwory na szczypce prowadnicy pręta (opcyjne)
o wymiarach wskazanych na rys. 5.
2) Ustalić długość prętów w zależności od
wymiarów drzwi z zamkiem z ryglem wsuniętym.
Aby zastosować nasadkę przeciw rozwierceniu
skrócić dodatkowo pręty o 80 mm (długość
nasadki).
3) Włożyć na końcówki prętów nasadkę przeciw
rozwierceniu aż do oparcia się na pręcie,
następnie ścisnąć pręt szczypcami w miejscu
rowka na nasadce (10 mm od złączenia
nasadki-pręta).
4) Włożyć szczypce prowadnicy pręta, włożyć
pręty i włożyć je w szczypce.
5) Wyciągnąć rygiel i włóżyć zamek w gniazdo.
6) Ustawić pręty w linii na przekładniach i poprzez
otwory na głowicy, umocować je zakręcając do
krańcówki odpowiednie śruby za pomocą
klucza imbusowego 2,5 mm. (rys.6).
7) Umocowac zamek za pomocą śrub z
wyposażenia.
