Herb Crusted Haddock/Cod
Serves: 2
Set temp: 200°C
Set time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
2 Skinless unsmoked Cod fillets
Herb crust:
2 Slices of brown or white bread
made into bread crumbs
Handful of herbs such as parsley
and dill
Rind and juice or ½ a lemon
1 tbs Olive oil
Seasoning
Cod Wrapped in Prosciutto
Serves: 4
Set temp: 200°C
Set time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
4 Skinless cod fillets
8 Slices of prosciutto
Seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
1. Prepare the herb crust by putting all the herb crust ingre-
dients into a processor and processing until a fine sticky
crumb is created.
2. Top the fish with the herb crumb mix.
3. Place the fish in the removable pan.
4. Put the removable pan in the Low Fat Air Fryer.
5. Select: Grill function.
6. Select: TEMPERATURE 200°C and the TIME to 15 mins.
Start cooking.
7. When cooked the Haddock will feel firm and the flesh will
flake and the herb crust will have slightly coloured.
8. When cooking is complete switch off.
9. Allow the Low Fat Air Fryer to cool before cleaning as per
User Manual instructions.
Tips: You will need to adjust the time according to the size of
the fillets.
Directions:
1. Prepare the Cod by seasoning and drizzling with the lemon
juice and wrapping each fillet in the prosciutto.
2. Place the Fish in the removable pan.
3. Place the removable pan in the Low Fat Air Fryer.
4. Select: Grill function.
5. Select: TEMPERATURE 200°C and the TIME to 15 mins.
Start cooking.
6. When cooked the Cod will feel firm and the flesh will flake.
7. When cooking is complete switch off.
8. Allow the Low Fat Air Fryer to cool before cleaning as per
User Manual instructions.
Tips: You will need to adjust the time according to the size of
the fillets. You can add additional seasoning such as chopped
herbs to the fish before wrapping in the prosciutto.
