Insert profile within the mould

•
Insert the belt ends central in the lower part of the mould and hold them in place with
the hold down bars.
•
The bolt lever must then to be tightened.
•
Bear in mind that the belt profile and mould must be of the same type.
•
Tighten the lateral screws. The milled notches show the centre of the
top and bottom plates.
Apply the upper part of the mould accurately, then fit the lower part of the mould.

Insertion of the mould

Insert the mould centrally and lengthwise into the press.
Release the bolt lever so that the profile material can be
compressed.
The notches within the mould and top plate of the enclo-
sure must align exactly. Connect the mould breadth wise
to the plastic stoppers.
