6.5 Beginning of the heating process of the HP01 Controller
5.5.2 Selection of stored recipes
Press , select recipe with arrow buttons (keypad button "2" and "8") accordingly and
confirm with
Press button and the welding process will begin and end automatically.

Exposure time

The exposure time starts automatically as soon as the above and lower heaters have
reached the set-temperature. When the exposure time reaches, approx. 200 - 300 sec-
onds (depends on the profile geometry, turn the star handle again to the left to replace the
material and completely close the mould.

Cooling (water/blast)

Caution: During the welding process, the pressing components and mould hea-
ting. Take heat protection measures!
Caution: The water hoses must not be removed during the operation. Take heat
protection measures!

Connect PPuls Controller with the power line and switch on
the controller. Selection of welding parameters through di-
rect entry or selection of stored recipes.
