Organisational measures

2.2.1 Always keep the instructional manual ready to hand at the site of use/
application!
2.2.2 In addiction to the instructional manual: direct and follow the universal legal and
other binding rules of accident prevention and environmental protection!
2.2.3 Add instructions like duty of supervision and the obligation to inform over
working particularities e.g. regarding work plans, procedures and employed staff!
2.2.4 Employees which handle the instrument have to read the instructional manual
carefully in advance, especially the chapter regarding safety instructions!
2.2.5 Inspect the work of the employees regarding safety-conscious and aware of
potential dangers according the instructional manual from time to time!
2.2.6 For employees it is not allowed to wear one's hair loose, loose clothes or
jewellery, including rings. Risks of injury exist e.g. to get stuck or diminished!
2.2.7 Follow all security advices and danger warnings of the apart and keep in
completely readable condition!
2.2.8 Do not make any changes or reconstructions which can influence the security of
the machine without prior written approval of the manufacturer. This also
includes the installation and reconstruction of safety arrangements
2.2.9 Spare Parts have to comply with the defined technical requirements of the
manufacturer. This is always warranted with original spare parts.

Staff selection and qualification

2.3.1 Work with the machine may only be carried out by reliable professionals.
Be aware of the legal age!
