Thank you for purchasing the Reptile Dome NANO Fixture w/
Bracket. The Exo Terra Reptile Dome NANO is designed to
accommodate the Exo Terra NANO light bulbs. Please read this
operation manual carefully before use and operate according to
the instructions provided for maximum safety and performance. We
recommend that you keep this manual handy for future reference.

INTRODUCTION
The stylish and functional design of Exo Terra's Reptile Dome NANO
makes it an ideal fixture for smaller terrariums, like the Exo Terra
Natural terrarium NANO or MINI. The highly-polished aluminum
reflector increases the light and heat output significantly! Its heat
resistant ceramic socket accommodates R45, JDR or Type A bulbs
up to 40W max. The adjustable bracket allows you to swivel the
fixture from left to right to direct the heat and/or light sources to the
preferred basking area in your terrarium. The fixture can be moved
up or down to adjust the distance between the basking spot bulb
and your animals in order to regulate the temperature of the basking
area. The light can be easily turned on and off by the On/Off switch,
mounted on the extra long power cord.
Stylish design, safety and ease of use were emphasised during
the creation of this state-of-the-art fixture. Simply stick the self-
adhesive support-bracket to the terrarium glass and the fixture is
ready-for-use.
Ideal for use with the following R45, JDR or Type A bulbs; Exo Terra's
Daylight Basking Spot NANO, Daylight LED Spot NANO and Infrared
Basking Spot NANO.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To guard against injury, basic safety precautions should
be observed when handling the Exo Terra® Reptile Dome NANO,
including the following:
WARNING – This appliance is NOT waterproof and MUST be
prevented from coming in contact with water.
WARNING – Hot surface, avoid any contact while operating. To avoid
injury, do not contact hot parts. Allow fixture to cool for 15 min.
before RE-lamping, cleaning or repositioning the fixture.
1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS and all
important notices on the appliance before using. Failure to do so
may result in in personal injury or damage to the unit.
2. DANGER – For each of the following situations, do not attempt
repairs yourself; return the product to an authorized service
facility for service if it is still under warranty or discard the
appliance. Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged
electrical cord or if it is malfunctioning or if it is dropped or
damaged in any manner.
A. For INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY, NOT for commercial use.
B. Carefully examine the appliance after installation. It should not
be plugged in if there is water on parts not intended to be wet.
C. Do not operate any appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug,
or if it is malfunctioning or if it is dropped or damaged in any
manner. If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is
damaged, it shall be exclusively replace by the manufacturer or
his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid
a hazard.
D. To avoid the possibility of the appliance plug or electrical
socket getting wet, position the unit to one side of a wall
mounted socket to prevent water from dripping onto the socket
or plug. A "drip-loop" (Diagram p.2 #8) should be arranged. The
"driploop" is that part of the cord below the level of the socket,
or the connector if an extension cord is used, to prevent water
from traveling along the cord and coming into contact with the
socket. If the plug or socket does get wet, DO NOT unplug the
cord. Disconnect the fuse or circuit breaker that supplies power
to the appliance. Then unplug and examine for the presence of
water in the socket.

and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
