14. Warranty

Cause
Device outside the range.
User memory space is full. No
more measurements can be
saved.
The batteries in the scale are
empty.
Remedy
The minimum range in a free field is approx.
25 m. Walls and ceilings reduce the range.
Other radio waves may interfere with the
transmission. Therefore, do not position the
scale near devices such as WIFI, micro-
waves, induction hobs etc. and, ideally,
switch off any other Bluetooth
are within range.
Open the app. The data is transferred auto-
matically. This may take up to one minute.
Replace the batteries of scale.
