Bassin béton-liner

Enlever le couvercle protecteur.
Procéder à la pose du liner (L).
Poser la couche isolante éventuellement
requise en l'arrêtant juste devant la pièce à
sceller (33) et la découper de
biais, env. 60° vers l'extérieur.
Coincer le liner au moyen de la bague de
serrage (43) et du joint plat (44), puis le dé-
couper. Insérer ensuite le joint plat entre la
pièce à sceller (33) et le liner, placer la
bague de serrage et fixer au moyen des vis
(38) (voir fig. 21).
Graisser légèrement le corps à membrane
PVC (41) aux deux joints toriques (35) pour
faciliter l'introduction du bouton pneuma-
tique.
Puis, encastrer le bouton pneumatique et le
fixer sur la bague de serrage et sur la pièce
à sceller avec les vis de fixation (40+46).

Concrete-liner pool

Remove protective lid
Place the pool liner (L).
Apply any planned insulation layer but lea-
ve a small free space between the insulati-
on layer and the installation kit (33) and
chamfer approx. 60° to the outside.
With clamp ring (43) and gasket (44) clamp
the liner and then cut out. Then place the
gasket between the installation kit (33) and
the liner, fit the clamp ring and fasten with
screws (38) (see fig. 21)
Lightly grease the PVC diaphragm housing
(41) at the location of the two O-rings (35)
in order to facilitate insertion of the air but-
ton.
Finally insert the air button and fasten with
clamp screws (40+46) to the clamp ring
and the installation kit.
