Commissioning
Prior to operating the Blind rivet nut gun, attach the matching threaded mandrel with nose piece.
3.1
How to change a threaded mandrel
• Disconnect the Blind rivet nut gun from the
compressed air network.
• Detach lock nut 1, using double open-end
spanner SW27.
• Unscrew nose piece 2 with lock nut 1
• Push slide 10 back all the way to buffer and
hold tight
• Unscrew threaded mandrel 3
• Insert new threaded mandrel of same size
(if worn out) or threaded mandrel of
matching thread size all the way to buffer.

How to set threaded mandrel length "X"
• How to loosen lock nut 1, using a double
open-ended spanner
• Adjust threaded mandrel length "X",
according to nut length (See image 4) by
turning nose piece 2.
