4.2 - OPERATOR

After selecting the required program the operator starts the appliance by
means of voluntary activation of the footswitch thereby assuming direct
control of its operation.
NOTE: For production reasons the 32 preset programs contain
standard parameters that are not of specific relevance for the
implantologist; the programs must therefore be personalised in
relation to individual requirements.
4.3 – INTENDED USE
The implantological micromotor is designed for use in dental and
veterinary surgeries for surgical and implantological operations.
The appliance is not designed for any uses other than those specified by
the manufacturer.

4.4 - SAFETY WARNINGS

- The appliance must be used exclusively by skilled personnel who are
aware of the potential hazards;
- Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of inflammable materials or
gases;
- Do not open or disassemble the appliance;
- Wear suitable work clothing and observe the safety regulations in
force in the workplace;
- Pay attention to the use of flammable liquids or gases such as
disinfectants, anaesthetics, solvents, etc.; the appliance is not
designed for use in atmospheres subject to explosion hazards so
ensure that any such substances have been completely eliminated or
evaporated and dispersed before switching on the appliance (ensure
there are no residual substances in the area);
- For the above reason, also pay attention to the presence of
endogenous gases and materials impregnated with oxygen (e.g.
cotton wadding, gauzes, etc.).
