6 - MAINTENANCE

Periodically check the condition and operation of the accessories and parts
subject to wear and tear; in particular check the condition of the burs and the
micromotors in order to identify any possible damage.
Periodically check the condition of cable insulation. The appliance cables
must be replaced exclusively by suitably skilled and authorised personnel.

6.1 - CLEANING

The appliance does not require any particular maintenance operations,
with the exception of regular cleaning of the working areas: before
cleaning the appliance always disconnect it from the power supply.
The micromotor supports, stand for saline solution bottle and footswitch
IPX7 supplied with the appliance can be cleaned with alcohol;
Any flammable substances utilized for cleaning or disinfecting, or any
adhesive solvents, must be allowed to evaporate completely before the
appliance can be used.
If you use the tube supplied with the peristaltic pump, flush it with clean
water to remove any traces of sodium chloride before stowing the
appliance away after use.
