10. To control the device via the tem-
perature, press the "FUNCTION"
button until the indicator lamp,
"Temp", lights up and the basic
setting "180" appears in the dis-
play.

12. If there is no pot or pan on the
burner, a signal tone sounds at
intervals, the display shows E 0
and the appliance automatically
switches off after 30 seconds.
13. The appliance can be switched
off at any time during the cook-
ing process by pressing the EIN/
AUS button.
14. The settings made are not saved
at the end of the program or if the
program is cancelled.
15. The fan continues to run for
approx. 30 seconds after the end
of the program.
16. If the program is not controlled via
the time selection, the appliance
automatically switches off after
two hours at the latest.
17. After use, unplug the power plug
from the electrical outlet to save
energy.
18. Caution: Do not leave the appli-
ance unattended while you are
cooking with it.
CAUTION:
The glass cooktop can become
hot from the heat radiated from
pots or pans. Therefore, do not
touch the surface immediately
after cooking.
