Troubleshooting Guide

Problem
Appliance stopped
during operation.
Medium or High
speed attachments
not operating.
Movement on the
worksurface.
Blender or mill
attachment leaking
from blade unit.
Poor performance of
tools/attachments.
Cause
No Power.
Machine overloaded/
maximum capacities
exceeded.
Outlet covers not fitted or
unlocked.
Attachment not fitted and
locked on correctly.
Other outlet cover not
fitted correctly.
Feet on the underside of
the unit are wet or dirty.
Seal missing.
Seal incorrectly fitted.
Seal damaged.
Refer to hints in relevant 'Using The Attachments' section.
Check attachments are assembled correctly.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR
CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EUROPEAN

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (WEEE)
At the end of its working life, the product
must not be disposed of as urban waste. It
must be taken to a special local authority
differentiated waste collection centre or to
a dealer providing this service.
Solution
Check appliance is plugged in.
Turn the speed switch to the off
position, wait a few seconds and
then re-select the speed. The
appliance should resume operating
straight away.
Check maximum capacities in the
'Recommended Usage Chart'.
Check that the outlet cover/s are
fitted correctly.
Check attachment locked on
correctly
Check other outlet cover fitted
correctly.
Regularly check the feet are clean
and dry.
Check seal is fitted correctly
and not damaged. To obtain a
replacement seal see 'Service and
Customer Care'.
