Device Directive 93/42/EEC Class 1.
The product meets the requirements of the standards DIN EN 12182
(Technical aids for disabled persons - general requirements and test
methods), DIN EN ISO 14971 (Medical devices - Application of risk
management to medical devices) and DIN EN ISO 10993–1 (Biological
evaluation of medical devices - Part 1: Evaluation and testing within a
risk management system).

The expected service life of this product is three years when used in
accordance with safety instructions and intended use, stated in this
manual. The effective service life can vary according to frequency
and intensity of use.
2 Safety

2.1 Safety information

– Do not stand on this product.
– Do not use as a climbing aid.

There is a risk that the armrest will break, if pressure is
applied on one armrest only due to overloading.
– When sitting down to or standing up from the toilet
seat raiser, always use both armrests at the same time.
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
– Do not use if defective.
– Do not make any unauthorized alterations or
modifications to the product.

The identification label is attached to the backside of the
toilet seat raiser.
3 Setup

3.1 Installing the product

Remove the cups A from the hexagon nuts on both sides.

Using a spanner (SW14), remove the hexagon nuts from the front
horizontal bar C on both sides.

Remove the star grip screws B from the rear horizontal bar D
on both sides.

Place the front and rear horizontal bar into the desired position,

Re-attach the hexagon nuts and cups A on both sides.

Re-attach the star head screw B on both sides.

Remove the existing toilet lid A.

Remove the plastic fixation nuts B from the threaded pins C.
9.
Insert the threaded pins C into the fixing holes E of the toilet
bowl.
10. Fasten the threaded pins with the plastic fixation nuts from the
underside of the toilet bowl D.
WARNING!
Risk of falling
– Make sure that the star grip of both plastic fixation
nuts B points downwards, as shown in the figure
above.
11. Push the armrests E sideways into the rear holes of the toilet
seat raiser body until they audibly engage.
12. Fold the armrests down until they engage in the holders F.
3.2 Adjusting the seat height and seat angle
Following seat heights and seat angles can be set:
