Manual
This manual gives operating

Application
The Multievacuator pneumatic
conveying system is designed to
transport granulated material with
a volume weight between 300 and
800 kg/m
, e.g. plastic granulate or
3
ground plastic for recycling.
Multievacuator cannot be used for
conveying glutinous or pulverised
materials.
Installation
The Multievacuator unit is sup-
plied from the factory fitted with
three lifting lugs (A).
The lugs can be removed after
installation and kept for future
use.

Safety
Always stop the blower and
rotary valve when repair or
maintenance work is to be per-
formed on Multievacuator and
also ensure it cannot be started
unintentionally.
Never place your hand in the
blower while the motor is run-
ning.
Guards must always be secure-
ly in position.
If abnormal vibration is ob-
served, the Multievacuator unit
must be stopped immediately
and qualified technical assis-
tance requested.
The Multievacuator unit must
be installed so that it stands
vertically. It can be placed on
the three extension legs (B)
The filter in the top of the
Multievacuator unit is designed
to prevent impurities being
sucked into the blower. It must
therefore always be in place
and in order, otherwise the
blower could become damaged.
Make sure that the Multi-
evacuator unit is always in-
stalled so that it cannot fall or
tip over.
Two gas cylinders are fitted at
the hinge to make it easier to tilt
the blower. These cylinders are
powerful and no attempt must
be made to dismantle or fit
them without special tools (see
page 24).
or on a stand (C). Legs and
stand are available as extras.
