INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION
The operator must be equipped in accordance with the occupational risk prevention standards applicable in his country
and must adopt all necessary measures to maintain safety at his workstation. During manoeuvres, the operator must
ensure his own safety and that of the people and objects around him. The operator must take into consideration all the
recommendations quoted in this manual.
INSTALLATION
Once the tool has been removed from its packaging, assembled and positioned on the ground, carry out a test to
check the general performance of the jack.
1/START UP AND CHECK:
- Connect the control box to your compressed air circuit.
- Check that the pressure required for operation is correct (set to max. 5.5 bar).
2/VERIFICATION OF THE ASCENT:
After the above checks, push the joystick up continuously to raise the jack. Once the maximum
height is reached, releease the joystick in order to put it back on its initial position. The jack
must not go down.
3/ CHECKING THE DESCENT:
Before performing this operation, check that there are no objects under the SPOT
LIFT PRO.
To get the product down, push continuously the joystick down. The jack will descend to its
lowest point.

When the air hose is disconnected from the control box, you cannot lower or raise the jack.. This device
prevents unintentional operation.
If you have successfully completed these 2 up/down steps, the jack is ready to be used.
If not, refer to the section «Anomalies, causes, remedies (page 10)».
INSTRUCTIONS
1/ LIFTING OPERATION
CAUTION: Before lifting a vehicle, make sure that the hand brake is released, that the vehi-
cle is left in neutral.
Position the jack under the vehicle, centre it in the width direction of the vehicle. Place the removable arms until the
rubber pads are correctly positioned below the vehicle's gripping points.
