Step-by-Step Instructions
A. Procedure for Fabrication: PRINT
1. .stl ile(s) should be created per scan and design manufacturer's instructions. Create Carbon
M2 new project and upload .stl ile(s) for the print job.
Select "Lucitone Digital Print" from the resin drop down menu when printing denture bases
with pockets.
Select "Lucitone Digital Try-In" when printing denture try-ins.

2. Based on software recommendation, pour resin volume slowly into the cassette.
3. Once cassette and platform are ready and door is closed, start 'Print'. The screen will
change to display the print progress and estimate print time.
B. Procedure for Fabrication: WASH (TRY-INS AND BASES)
Note: Section B should be done under proper ventilation. Use of personal protective
equipment is recommended.
1. Once print is complete, remove build platform from printer.
2. Remove appliances from build platform by snapping of
each appliance by hand. Moderate pressure is required.
(Figure 1).
3. Break of fence supports from the appliance (Figure 2).
Leave the bar supports in place. (Figure 3 & 4).
Bar supports will be removed after post-cure.
