I. Tooth Repair
1. Prepare the repair area by grinding and roughening the
surface with a carbide bur. (Figure 25)
2. Use Lucitone Digital Fuse Step 1 - 3D Tooth Conditioning
Agent to treat/condition the replacement tooth/teeth.
Refer to section C for step-by-step instructions.
3. Apply Lucitone Digital Fuse Step 1 - 3D Tooth Conditioning
Agent to the repair area and air dry for 1 minute. (Figure 26)
4. Use sticky wax to position the tooth/teeth for repair.

5. Apply Lucitone Digital Fuse Step 2 - 3D Denture Bonding
Resin to the repair area with a brush. Allow the material
to low into the repair area to avoid air pockets - do not
brush. (Figure 28)
Note: Lucitone Digital Fuse Step 2 is available in shade-
matched equivalents to Lucitone Digital Print 3D Denture
Resin. Fuse 2 original shade may be used as a universal
fusing option for all denture resin shades, with the
exception of dark reddish pink.
6. Using the UV Tack-Cure Light, cure each side of the repair
for 10 seconds. (Figure 29)
