The following disinfectants have been used successfully with Lucitone Digital Print Denture
materials: Glutaraldehyde-based, Quaternary ammonium chlorides, Quarternary ammonium
chlorides/alcohol based and Phenolic sprays. Use of other disinfectant products may not
be suitable. Common cleansers that have been used successfully include Eferdent Denture
Cleanser and Polident Denture Cleanser.
CAUTION: Do not steam clean Lucitone Digital Print appliances.

Recycle Excess Lucitone Digital Print Resin
After each print, left-over resin in the cassette can be
poured back into the original container (Figure 18). The
recycled resin can be used for up to ive (5) months.
1.
Place the original resin container, for the material used, by
the pour-back unit.
Note: Diferent batches, shades or containers should not be
mixed when recycling resin.
2.
Position the cone funnel and disposable paper ilter. The ilter will help ensure no printed
particles or foreign objectives are poured back into the container.
3.
Place the cassette with excess resin on top of the stand and tilt so that the excess resin
pours into the funnel.
4.
Follow the Carbon Printer instructions to properly clean the cassette.
Note: Resin should not be left in the cassette for an extended period of time. Recycle
immediately after the print job is inished.

Surface Repair
1.
Prepare the repair area by grinding and roughening
the surface with a carbide bur. (Figure 19)
2.
Apply Lucitone Digital Fuse Step 1 - 3D Tooth
Conditioning Agent to the repair area and air dry for 1
minute. (Figure 20)
