9 Solving problems
Before contacting your authorised Dirt Devil dealer, Dirt Devil service partner or appliance market, first
check the following table to determine whether you can solve the problem yourself.

Solution
Install the water tank again, Chapter 3, "Filling the
water tank".
2. Fill the water tank, Chapter 3, "Filling the water
tank".
3. If the overheating protection has been triggered,
wait about 45 minutes before connecting the appli-
ance again.

2. Place it in water for a few minutes.
