ATTACHMENT OF THE ELEMENTS

1 Choose a location for the control panel, taking as a
reference the figure shown in "Elements of the
complete installation" on page 39.

The height from the ground must be
sufficient as to be out of the reach of children.

The attachment surface must resist the
weight of the control panel.
2 Make four holes and attach the control panel with
appropriate screws.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS


Complete the installation in line with the low voltage regulations and applicable rules.

Use cables with sufficient section, and always earthed.

Check the manufacturer's instructions for all the elements installed.
Connection of the safety devices (photocells)
3 Attach the other elements of the installation in line
with the corresponding instructions.
4 Position the ducts for the cable, securing them firmly
using appropriate means.

In case of using push button for operating the
installation, it is recommendable to install
them away from children´s
recommended heigh 1.6m).

Check the photocell instructions to carry out the
connections with the control panel.

We recommend installing interior and exterior
safety devices. If only one is installed, install the
exterior one.

Shown below is an example of the connections of a
KLPMUTO photocell as an exterior safety device.
1 Connect the NC contacts of the exterior device (1) in
the connector corresponding to the control panel.

Correctly programme the microswitches DIP1 and
DIP2 (see the photocell instructions).
2 The 24Vac connector can be used to power the
photocell.
3 When not using an exterior device, it is necessary to
make a bridge between the corresponding terminals
to the NC contacts of the exterior device.
4 If an interior safety device is not used, make a bridge
(2) in the corresponding connector of the control
panel.

When using an interior device, connect the NC
contacts of the device in the corresponding terminals
of the control panel.
