CONTROL PANEL CHARACTERISTICS

The ABC2M-009 control panel is built to form part of
an automatic swing gate system, fitted with one or two
24Vdc electromechanical motors, BUL model.
This control panel is equipped with a slow down system
which reduces speed at the end of the opening and
closing operations, in order to prevent impacts and
bangs to the gate.
General Characteristics
• Power supply 230Vac, 50Hz, earthed
• Control of the opening/closing travel by way of
encoder
• Adjustable motor speed
• Independent torque adjustment for each motor
• Adjustable waiting time in automatic cycle
Notable characteristics
Garage light (T.LG)
The illumination time of the garage light can be
programmed at between 3 and 90 seconds (using the
T.LG potentiometer). Time begins to count when
operation starts.
The relay contacts can support a maximum load of
2,300W resistive at 230V.
Flashing lamp (DIP9)
The lamp remains on during the opening and closing
operations.
The lamp goes off when the operation concludes. The
lamp goes off whenever operation is interrupted.
ERREKA control panels allow the use of flashing
lamps which do not have an integrated flashing
system, as they can be programmed to supply the
voltage intermittently:
DIP9 OFF: the output voltage for the lamp is set
(requires a flashing lamp).
DIP9 ON: the output voltage for the lamp is
intermittent.
SCA Lamp
A 24V SCA lamp can be connected.
• The lamp remains off when the gate is closed.
• The SCA lamp remains on without flashing when
the gate is open (at the end of the operation or at
an intermediate point).
• During operation, the SCA lamp lights up
intermittently.

Moreover, there is a torque potentiometer for the
detection of collision obstacles.
This control panel allows us to fulfil the requirements of
standard EN 12453 without the need for peripheral
elements.
• Opening and closing mini push buttons for each
motor
• Plug-in receiver connector
• Traffic light connector
• 24Vac output for peripheral connectors
• Emergency battery input
Emergency battery
It is possible to connect a battery in order for the
automatic gate to continue working in the event of a
power failure. The battery will be recharged when the
electrical supply is restored.
Electrolock
Should the length of any of the leaves be over 2.5m, it
is necessary to install an electrolock (12Vca, 17Vdc) in
order to ensure the gate is locked in closed position.
One or two motors (DIP7)
We can use the control panel both in installations with
one leaf and one single motor, and in installations with
two leaves and two motors.
DIP7=ON: operation of the two motors
DIP7=OFF: operation of a single motor
Slow down function (DIP8)
Function which reduces the speed of the motors when
approaching the opening and closing stoppers.
DIP8=ON: the motors do reduce speed
DIP8=OFF: the motors do not reduce speed
