1.3 AFTER SALE WARRANTY

Aria Wheels guarantees the absence of defects and the functionality of its wheelchairs. The warranty covers defects
that arise from manufacturing, the use of bad quality materials or the inappropriate working of these. The warranty
rights towards Aria Wheels S.r.l.s can only be executed by the seller, and not the user of the wheelchair.
The commercial warranty does not cover the normal wear, damages or faults that come directly or indirectly
from accidents, falls, collisions, improper use, insufficient maintenance and alterations made by non authorised
personnel.
The parts subject to wear and particular consumption (tyres, seat canvases and backrest...) are not covered by
warranty. The warranty falls if any unexpected alterations are made to the wheelchair, or if alterations are made with
inadequate or unoriginal parts. In case of not authorized alterations, the warranty does not cover the costs arising
from the elimination of the defect such as shipping costs, labour costs, expenses etc.
The warranty has a duration of 24 (twenty-four) months starting from the date of invoice.
All the components not manufactured by Aria Wheels S.r.l.s. have a warranty from their own manufacturer.
Moreover, the terms and conditions are an integral part of the general and specific conditions for the individual
countries in which the product is commercialised.

1.4 USE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE EXPECTED PURPOSES.

The ARIA wheelchair is to be pushed manually and serves the sole purpose of movement of a person affected by
motor disabilities, either autonomously or with a helper. Without a helper it should only be utilised by people who are
physically and mentally capable to control and drive the wheelchair safely (for example moving forwards, changing
direction and braking). The wheelchair should be used exclusively on flat surfaces, accessible turf and indoors. This
active wheelchair has to be approved and appropriate for the specific physical conditions of the user.

1.5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Aria Wheels S.r.l.s. accepts no liability for damage arising from:
Non-compliance with the User Manual; Incorrect use; Natural wear and tear; Incorrect assembly or set-up by the
purchaser or a third party; Technical modifications; Unauthorised modifications and/or use of unsuitable spare parts.
A written authorisation of Aria Wheels S.r.l.s. must be obtained before installing additional adaptations on a ARIA
wheelchair. Otherwise no liability claims can be made.
