Protective gloves should be worn and the edge protection, mat. no. 05057680, should be used.
Installing module 1 for liquid dispensing 1 - 6
A
Remove the machine lid; see the model-specific TSD.
A
Secure the module (1) with standoffs (2) onto the crossbar; see Fig. 1.
A
Install the terminal strips (3) in the pre-punched holes on the crossbar. See Fig. 1.
A
Secure the inlet valve (1) to the top of the rear panel. To do this, push the appropriate pre-punched hole out of the
top of the rear panel; see Fig. 2.
A
Secure cable screw connectors (2) to the top of the rear panel. To do this, push the appropriate pre-punched holes
out of the top of the rear panel; see Fig. 2.

Connect the beige 4-pin screw-terminal strip to plug ST6 on the module; see Fig. 3.
A
Connect the green 7-pin screw-terminal strip to plug ST8 on the module; see Fig. 3.
A
Connect the red 4-pin screw-terminal strip to plug ST11 on the module; see Fig. 3.
A
Connect the blue 8-pin screw-connector strip to plug ST12 on the module; see Fig. 3.
A
Connect the MFM 53X coding plug to plug ST7 on the module; see Fig. 3.
A
Connect the N1Q_ST11A plug to ST11 pin 1-2 on the module; see Fig. 3.
A
Connect the MFM 1-5 coding plug to plug ST3 on the module; see Fig. 3.
The power (L, N) and control (bus) wiring harnesses must be laid separately in order to avoid interference in the
control circuit (electromagnetic compatibility).
Excess cable should be gathered so that current flows in opposite directions and tied to avoid any antenna effect.

Remove any wiring harness connected to ST17 on the ELP 235 electronic; see Fig. 3.

Lay the "N1-16_ST11, Y39" wiring harness through the opening in the crossbar beside the module, along the valve
wiring harness, and connect it; see Fig. 3.

Fasten the "N1-16_ST11, Y39" wiring harness to the valve wiring harness with cable ties.
A
Lay and connect the "N1-16_ST13, X3-4" wiring harness. See Fig. 3. To do this, feed the wiring harness through the
opening in the crossbar beside the module.
A
Lay and connect the "N1-1, N1-16 bus" wiring harness; see Fig. 3.
A
Lay and connect the "N1-1, N1-16 L, N" wiring harness; see Fig. 3.
A
Lay and connect the blue connection wire (bu); see Fig. 3.
A
Connect the dispenser pumps in accordance with the wiring diagram.
A
Reinstall the machine lid.
A
Log the module on; see the "service mode" section in the model-specific TSD.
A
Calibrate the dispenser pumps; see "Supervisor level" in the operating instructions for the machine.
