Tools and Parts

Gather the required tools and parts before starting assembly.
Tools Needed:
⁷⁄₁₆" Wrench
Flat-blade screwdriver
Parts Supplied:
"L"-shaped bumpers (2)
Washers (8)
¹⁄₄—20 x ¹⁄₂" Phillips-head bolts (8)
Rigid brake casters (2)

Cabinet Use Requirements

Intended for use in a garage.
Maximum weight limit is 25 lbs (11.34 kg) for the top of the
cabinet.
Maximum weight limit is 500 lbs (226.8 kg) for the cabinet.

Unpack the Cabinet

NOTE: Keep the packing materials to cushion the cabinet during
assembly and then dispose of/recycle all packaging materials.
1. Remove the cabinet, parts and fasteners.
2. Verify contents. See "Parts Supplied."

Install the Casters

WARNING
Excessive Weight Hazard
Use two or more people to move, assemble or install
cabinet or locker.
Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.
1. Using two or more people, turn the cabinet on its side.
2. Insert each carriage-head bolt into the wide end of the keyhole
slot and slide the bolt to the narrow end, seating the bolt in place
as shown.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Phillips screwdriver
Swivel casters (2)
¹⁄₄—20 Self-locking
nuts (16)
¹⁄₄—20 x ¹⁄₂" Carriage-
head bolts (16)
3. Attach the two rigid brake casters to the front caster plates and
start the four self-locking nuts for each caster.
NOTE: The rigid casters may be installed with the brake side
facing either inward or outward.
4. Hold the caster in place making sure the bolts are seated in the
narrow ends of the keyhole slots. Tighten the self-locking nuts
with a ⁷⁄₁₆" wrench.
5. Turn the cabinet on its back and repeat steps 2 through 4 to
attach the two swivel casters to the rear caster plates.
A. Front of cabinet
B. Rigid caster with brake
C. Rear caster plate
6. Stand the cabinet upright.

Install the Bumpers

1. Attach the bumpers to the front corners of the cabinet using four
Phillips-head bolts and washers for each bumper.
2. Completely tighten all the fasteners.
NOTE: To keep from stripping the bolts, do not overtighten.
