Korrosion an einem im Außenbereich
montierten Elektromagneten ist leider
unvermeidbar.
Speziell die Polflächen des Flächenhaft-
mag neten und die Kontaktfläche an der
Haftgegenplatte sind funktionsbedingt
gefährdet.
Die Oberfläche ist gegen Korrosion ge-
schützt, aber bei der täglichen Beanspru-
chung wird die Schutzschicht abgerieben.
Je nach Einsatz- und Umgebungsbedin-
gung muss deshalb der Flächenhaftmag-
net regelmäßig gewartet und bei Bedarf
ausgetauscht werden.
· Entfernen Sie Korrosionstellen sofort
mit einem weichen Tuch.
· Falls die Haftkraft ausreicht, können Sie
die Oberfläche sehr dünn mit etwas
nicht harzendem Öl einreiben.
Zu beachten: Die Haftkraft nimmt bei
einer zu dicken Ölschicht stark ab.

Maintenance
Unfortunately, corrosion on an electro-
magnet installed outdoors is unavoidable.
The pole surfaces of the surface holding
magnet and the contact surface on the
holding counterplate are especially at risk
of sustaining impaired function.
The surface is protected from corrosion,
but with the stress from day-to-day use
the protective coating wears off.
Therefore, the surface holding magnet
must be maintained regularly and replaced
as necessary depending on the usage and
environmental conditions.
· Remove the corroded areas with a soft
cloth.
· If the holding power is sufficient, you can
rub a thin layer of resinating oil into the
surface.
Please note: If the oil coating is too
thick, the holding power will be severely
diminished.

Disposal
Packaging materials must be recycled. The

Entretien
Malheureusement, il est impossible d'évi-
ter la corrosion d'une ventouse électro-
magnétique montée en extérieur.
Le bon fonctionnement est menacé, no-
tamment celui des surfaces des pôles de la
ventouse électromagnétique et de la sur-
face de contact de la contreplaque.
La surface est protégée contre la corrosion.
Toutefois, la couche protectrice s'use par
frottement lors de l'utilisation quotidienne.
C'est pourquoi la ventouse électromagnétique
doit faire l'objet d'un entretien régulier et être
remplacée en cas de besoin, en fonction des
conditions d'utilisation et de l'environnement.
· Éliminez immédiatement la corrosion qui
s'est formée à l'aide d'un chiffon doux.
· Si l'adhérence est suffisante, vous pou-
vez très légèrement frotter la surface
avec un peu d'huile non résineuse.
Points à respecter : une couche d'huile
trop épaisse réduit considérablement
l'adhérence.

Élimination
Les matériaux d'emballage doivent être
apportés à un service de collecte et de va-
