Replacement of conveyor belt
Remplacement des courroies de transport

Die Antriebsriemen müssen beim
Austausch der Förderriemen generell
auch abgenommen werden.
Bei Förderriemenwechsel beachten:
Die Umlenkrollen liegen lose,
ungesichert auf dem Lagerstift!
Kontrollmaß Lagerstift ("Z", Fig. 22)
prüfen!

Schutzeinrichtung abnehmen.

Seitlichen Anschlag abnehmen.
Für den Wiedereinbau vorher auf
Einbau-, bzw. Höhenposition achten.
Gewährleistung der Funktionssicherheit!

Spannvorrichtung durch Drücken in
Richtung Motor entlasten.
Antriebsriemen vom Riemenrad
(Getriebewelle) abnehmen.

Förderriemen zuerst oben an den
Umlenkrollen abnehmen.

Neuen Förderriemen aufl egen,
zuerst unten um das Riemenrad,
dann oben über die Umlenkrollen.

Spannvorrichtung durch Drücken in
Richtung Motor entlasten,
Antriebsriemen auf Riemenrad
(Getriebewelle) aufl egen,
Spannvorrichtung langsam lösen.

Anschlag befestigen, dabei auf
richtige Einbau- bzw. Höhenposition
achten.

Schutzkasten anbringen
Fig. 22:
The drive belts always also have to be
removed when replacing the conveyor
belts.
When changing conveyor belt take note
that the defl ection rollers lie loose and
unsecured on the bearing pin!
Check control dimension for bearing pin
("Z", Fig. 22)!

Remove the protective housing.

Remove the side stops.
Please note the installation positions and
heights for reassembly.
Ensure functional safety!

Disengage the belt tensioning
device by pressing it towards the
motor and remove the drive belt
from the belt wheel (gear shaft).

First remove the conveyor belt on
the top of the return rollers.

Place new conveyor belt on, fi rst
at the bottom of the belt wheel and
then above on the top of the return
rollers.

Disengage the belt tensioning
device by pressing it towards the
motor, place the drive belt on the
belt wheel (gear shaft), slowly
release the belt tensioning device.

Fasten the stop, using the correct
installation and height positions.

Replace the protective housing.

Toujours enlever les courroies
d'entraînement lors du remplacement
des courroies de transport.
Lors du changement des courroies de
transport, il faut noter que les rouleaux
de renvoi sont mobiles et lâches sur la
goupille de palier !
Vérifi er la dimension de contrôle de la
goupille de palier (« Z », Fig. 22) !

Enlever le dispositif de protection.

Enlever la butée latérale.
Pour le remontage, vérifi er auparavant la
position de montage et la hauteur.
La fi abilitè du fonctionnement est aussi
garantie.

Soulager le dispositif de fi xation
en appuyant dans la direction
du moteur. Enlever la courroie
d'entraînement de la roue à courroie
(arbre du réducteur).

Enlever les courroies de transport
tout d'abord en haut sur les rouleaux
de renvoi.

Poser la nouvelle courroie de
transport, tout d'abord en bas sur la
roue à courroie, ensuite en haut sur
les rouleaux de renvoi.

Soulager le dispositif de fi xation
en appuyant dans la direction
du moteur. Poser la courroie
d'entraînement sur la roue à
courroie (arbre du réducteur),
desserrer lentement le dispositif de
fi xation.
7
Fixer la butée en faisant attention à
la position correcte de montage ou
de hauteur.
8
Mettre en place le carter de
protection.
