10.3. Installing the app on an Android/Apple
smartphone/tablet PC
To be able to control music playback on the Wi-Fi speaker from a tablet PC or smart-
phone, you first need to visit the Play Store (Android) or AppStore (Apple) to install
the provided app on your tablet PC/smartphone.

10.4. Download the app via direct link:

Scan the adjacent QR code to be directed to the download page app.

11. Playing music

You can use your Wi-Fi speaker to play back music from the network or the stereo
signal of an externally connected device.
The following section describes how you can listen to audio from various sources on
your Wi-Fi speaker.
NOTICE!
To control music playback from the network with a smartphone or tab-
let, you will need a corresponding UPnP-enabled app.

12. Playback via the network

 Connect the Wi-Fi speaker to an existing Wi-Fi network.
 Connect your smart device to the same network and start the Medion
LIFESTREAM II app.
 Select your Wi-Fi speaker.
 Now select the source (e.g. music player).
 Click Browse and select your Media Library.
 Select your server on the home network and follow the folder structure.
NOTICE!
You can select multiple Wi-Fi speakers for playback. For more details, see
the app.
The following playback options are possible via the app:
