The warranty is extended for the period from the date of the complaint to the date of notifying the
buyer about the repair. This time will be confirmed in the warranty card.
Any damage resulting from improper handling, storage, inaccurate maintenance, inconsistent with
the conditions set out in the operating and operating instructions and other reasons not attributable
to the manufacturer, will result in the loss of the warranty, if the damage has contributed to changes
in the quality of the cartridge. Smoking with wet wood is forbidden. During warming up and cooling
down there is an expansion and the cartridge may cause crackling - this is a natural phenomenon and
does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
Note
The use of coal as a fuel is prohibited in all our production inputs. Burning with coal is in any case
associated with the loss of warranty for the furnace. When reporting a defect under the guarantee, the
Customer is each time obliged to sign a declaration that he did not use coal and other prohibited fuels
for burning in our cartridge. If the use of the aforementioned fuels is suspected, the fireplace will be
subject to an expert's report examining the presence of prohibited substances. If the analysis proves
their use, the customer loses all warranty rights and is obliged to pay all costs related to the complaint
(including the costs of the expertise).
