- The glass pane(s) should be cleaned using the product intended for this purpose (do not clean the
other parts of the cartridge). Do not use abrasive cleaning agents as this will scratch the glass. Very
important - when cleaning the pane, properly secure the painted elements and make sure that the
liquid does not drip onto the gasket, as this may lead to its rapid wear or burning, which may result in
the glass breaking. Gradual soot build-up on the glass is a natural phenomenon, therefore the glass
should be cleaned every 7-11 hours in order to prevent its permanent dirt. In fireplaces with upward-
-facing doors, to be able to clean the glass, the catches must be released as shown in Fig. 4 - 5;
- the cleaning of the flue pipe must be carried out by a chimney sweep and documented in the logbo-
ok of the fireplace stove (clean the pipe 3 times a year).

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

In case the complaint is considered unjustified and does not result from a defect in the device, the
Guarantor has the right to charge the Customer with costs related to the complaint. The use of the fire-
place stove, the method of connection to the chimney and the operating conditions must comply with
this manual. It is forbidden to modify or make any changes in the construction of the fireplace stove.
The manufacturer provides a 5-year guarantee from the moment of purchase of the fireplace stove for
its efficient operation. The purchaser of the fireplace stove must read the fireplace stove's operating
instructions and these guarantee conditions, which must be confirmed by the entry in the guarantee
card at the time of purchase. In the event of a complaint, the user of the fireplace stove is obliged to
submit a complaint report, a completed warranty card and proof of purchase. Complaints can be made
via the form on the website under „knowledge and assistance" or by e-mail to reklamacje@kratki.com.
The submission of the said documentation is necessary to consider all claims. The complaint will be
considered within 14 days from the date of its written submission. Any alterations, modifications and
design changes to the cartridge will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty is covered:
- the fireplace is functioning properly;
- cast iron elements;
- movable elements of control mechanisms;
- TERMOTEC ceramic formats for 2 years from the moment of purchase;
- grate and seals for a period of 1 year from the purchase of the fireplace stove;
- complaints made about the smell within 6 months from the installation of the fireplace stove (docu-
mented by an entry in the warranty card).
The guarantee is not covered:
- heat-resistant ceramics (glass, resistant to temperatures up to 800°C). Applies to any damage, inclu-
ding soot or burns caused by the use of prohibited fuels, discoloration, tarnishing and other changes
caused by thermal overload;
- all faults resulting from failure to observe the provisions of the operating instructions, in particular
those concerning the fuel and firelighters used;
- any defects occurring during transport from the distributor to the Buyer;
- any faults that occur during installation, installation and start-up of the fireplace stove;
- complaints relating to an incorrectly selected product (installation of a device with too little or too
much power in relation to demand);
- damage resulting from thermal overloads of the fireplace stove (related to the use of the fireplace
stove that does not comply with the provisions of the operating instructions).
