There is a hazard warning label on the rotary control switch panel 22 (fig1).
Do not put your hands in the working area when the machine is switched on.
It may result in injury risk due to rotating parts.
Use a dust mask.
Always wear personal protective equipment to prevent hearing damage. The
noise exposure can cause permanent hearing loss.
Wear eye-protection goggles.
Never dispose of this tool together with unsorted municipal waste. In
accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/EC on waste electrical
and electronic equipment and its implementation into the national law,
nonfunctioning power tools must be collected separately and recycled in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Keep the machine away from dripping and splashing water. Do not work
outdoors in rain or snow.
Study the operating manual.
ATTENTION
Pictogram that shows the directions of raising and lowering of the saw blade
is located on the blade depth adjustment handle 13.
The machine is packed in an individual carton box with two handles.
9. MACHINE DESIGN, WIRING DIAGRAM
The machine is an electromechanical device. An asynchronous electric motor is used as a
drive. Rotation from the motor to the cutter shaft (output end of the shaft) and the saw blade
is transmitted by a multi-V-belt transmission. Belt 65 covers the leading and two driven pulleys,
fig. 18. The first of the driven pulleys rotates the saw blade, the second drives the cutter block
and drill chuck. The tension of the belt 65 is carried out automatically by the weight of the
electric motor 67 and the traction spring 66.
The machine has cutting table 23 and two planing tables (receiving 24 and feeding 25) (figure 1).
In the planing mode, the receiving and loading tables are set at the cut level of the planing
